Abbots Langley Tough Ten is committed to providing a well-organised and enjoyable annual running race, in accordance with Athletics England regulations. Entry to this event is managed via a third-party ticketing platform, and all participants are required to complete their purchase through this external provider.

Race Entry Policy

All race entry tickets for the Tough10 event are non-refundable from the moment of purchase, regardless of circumstance.

This policy is clearly stated at the point of sale on the third-party registration platform.

As a charitable event, proceeds from entries go directly towards supporting our charitable activities and operational costs related to the event.
Cancellations and Event Changes

Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, public health concerns, or safety issues), we will make every effort to reschedule or offer an alternative.

In such cases, ticket holders will be informed via the contact details provided during registration. However, refunds will not be issued as per the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Third-Party Responsibility
