Abbots Langley Tough Ten started 28 years ago, originally to raise money for the charity MENCOP.

Over these years, its support has widened to provide funds to help local clubs and charities continue with their good work, to assist schools with special projects and individual beneficiaries to improve their quality of life.

Funds raised last year totalled £10,000 plus and donations were made to:

St. Albans School (Charity Project)
Red Cross
Samaritans
WHAC
